The 38-inch roll forming equipment is a general-purpose for metal wall system. The working units include: uncoiler—roll forming machine—quick changing cassettes—cutting and stacker. Each working unit is controlled by PLC.

The quick change cassette mechanism includes the through shaft duplex mill and the width adjustable cantilevered mills. The two mills are installed according to the production requirements, consist of 16-23 steps.
